Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum bookings, no minimum spend, no contract tie-in. The account is open-ended. You use it when you need it. Monthly invoicing starts from the first journey. If you don't book for 3 months, the account stays open.

Can multiple people in our company book?

Yes. You nominate authorised bookers — PAs, office managers, department heads. Each booker messages Alex on WhatsApp or email. All journeys consolidated on one monthly invoice.

Do you provide insurance and licensing documentation?

Yes. LCC Operator Licence PHO0045, Enhanced DBS certificates, public liability insurance documentation, vehicle insurance — all available on request for your compliance files. Updated annually.

How does pricing compare to taxi accounts?
