When you request a quote or make a booking, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, number of passengers, luggage requirements, child seat requirements, flight numbers and any special requirements you provide. We do not collect payment card details — payment is made directly to the driver on completion.
Data is collected through: the booking form on this website (which generates a WhatsApp message), direct WhatsApp messages to 07491 720 986, phone calls to 07491 720 986 or 07765 797 355, and email correspondence. The website uses Google Places Autocomplete API for address entry — Google's privacy policy applies to address suggestions.
Your data is used to: provide quotes, confirm bookings, coordinate driver assignments, track flights for airport collections, send evening-before confirmations (driver name, vehicle registration, direct mobile) and process invoices for corporate clients. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website uses: Google Analytics 4 (anonymised usage data), Google Ads conversion tracking (to measure advertising effectiveness), Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram advertising), and Elfsight widget (to display Google Reviews). These services may use cookies. By using this website, you consent to the use of these cookies for analytics and advertising purposes.
Booking data is retained for the duration required by Liverpool City Council licensing regulations (currently 12 months from the date of journey). Corporate account records are retained for the duration of the account relationship plus 6 years for tax purposes. WhatsApp message history is retained on the device used for booking management.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), object to processing, and request data portability. Booking data is held on encrypted devices. WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted by default. We do not store payment card details. Access to booking records is limited to the operator (Mihai Calin) and authorised drivers.
