These terms govern all bookings made with T&M Executive Travel, 54 James Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB. LCC Private Hire Operator Licence PHO0045.
A booking is confirmed when T&M Executive Travel sends a written quote via WhatsApp or email and you accept it. The confirmed quote is the fixed price for the journey. No deposit is required unless explicitly stated for wedding or multi-vehicle bookings.
The price quoted at booking is the price paid on completion. This includes: all mileage, tolls (Mersey tunnels, M6 Toll where applicable), waiting time within the standard allowance, and route diversions due to traffic or road closures. No surge pricing is applied at any time of day, night, weekend or bank holiday unless explicitly stated at booking.
Airport collections: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time (not scheduled). Non-airport collections: 10 minutes from the booked pickup time. Additional waiting beyond these allowances may incur a charge, which will be communicated in advance.
More than 24 hours before pickup: no charge. Between 12–24 hours: 50% of the quoted fare. Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% of the quoted fare. Cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp or phone call to 07491 720 986.
All airport collections include real-time flight monitoring. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically. The fixed price does not change regardless of delay duration. For cancellations by the airline, standard cancellation terms apply.
The Mercedes V-Class accommodates up to 7 passengers with standard luggage. For bookings with golf bags, pushchairs, wheelchairs or oversized equipment, please advise at booking so the appropriate vehicle is allocated. T&M Executive Travel is not liable for damage to luggage or equipment unless caused by negligence.
Child seats are available on request: rear-facing infant (birth–12 months), forward-facing (9 months–4 years), backless booster (4–12 years) and high-back booster (4–12 years). You must specify the type and number required at booking. It is the passenger's legal responsibility to ensure children are appropriately restrained.
Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted. The driver reserves the right to terminate a journey if passenger behaviour endangers safety. In the event of soiling or damage to the vehicle interior, a cleaning fee of up to £200 may be charged.
T&M Executive Travel is a Liverpool City Council Licensed Private Hire Operator (PHO0045). All drivers hold Enhanced DBS clearance and LCC private hire driver licences. The company maintains full public liability insurance and hire and reward motor insurance on all vehicles.
Payment is due on completion of the journey unless a corporate account with monthly invoicing has been agreed. Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer. Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly with payment due within 14 days.
Complaints should be directed to T&M Executive Travel at 07491 720 986 or in writing to 54 James Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB within 14 days of the journey. We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 working days.
