The Vehicle Choice

Bridal party: Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 — bridesmaids, mother of the bride, flower girls. Guest shuttle: Mercedes Vito for larger groups — hotel to venue loops throughout the day.
Venue-Specific Knowledge
Peckforton Castle — the approach road through the Peckforton Hills is single-track. Your driver needs to know the passing places, the timing of the approach for the photograph at the gatehouse, and the turnaround point at the castle.
Thornton Manor — Wirral. The lakeside approach is the money shot. Arrive from the south entrance for the best angle. Your driver positions the car on the gravel for the exit photograph.
Colshaw Hall — the drive through the parkland is part of the experience. Your driver takes it slowly — the guests in the V-Class see the hall appear through the trees. Timing: arrive 10 minutes before the ceremony for the relaxed entrance.
The Day Timeline
Morning: Collect bride from hotel/home. Dress hung inside the Mercedes, never folded. Ceremony: Arrive at venue, driver assists with dress. Photos: Car positioned as backdrop — Mercedes at the venue entrance is the classic frame. Reception: If at a different venue, transfer with dress managed. Evening: Guest shuttle from hotel.
